Arjun Srinivasan, MD (CAPT, USPHS), Associate Director for Healthcare-Associated Infection Prevention Programs, Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion, National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Disease, Centers for Disease Control Prevention attended the collaborative-wide meeting on October 22, 2015. He gave a talk entitled, "Improving Antibiotic Use in Hospitals: Why We Must, How We Can." Dr. Srinivasan attended the meeting in part to help launch a collaborative pilot project on antibiotic use.
